
RECYCLING PROGRAM
SOGEPLAST S.A. RECYCLING PROGRAM endeavors to reduce plastic waste streams by promoting the recycling of Plastic materials and maintaining a clean, sustainable and environmentally conscious plant. The program works on issues of reuse and recycling, waste reduction and community awareness of other various environmental problems.
THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM
is to educate students, faculty and staff about the positive impacts they can make on the environment by reducing our waste and preserve the beauty of our country.

BENCH DONATION
Sogeplast is making a positive impact in Haiti by donating school benches made from recycled materials to schools in need. As a manufacturer of plastic products, the company understands the impact that plastic waste can have on the environment. Sogeplast is committed to finding sustainable solutions and giving back to the local community.
Through their partnership with local schools and nonprofit organizations, Sogeplast has been able to provide comfortable, durable, and eco-friendly school benches. The company’s efforts are contributing to the education and well-being of the next generation, and they hope to continue making a positive impact in Haiti and beyond.
Here are a few places where benches were donated;
200 benches to The school of Sœurs Salésienne at Cité Militaire in Port-au-Prince
200 benches to Guiloumy School in Tabarre
1000 benches to the south of Haiti after the august 14th’s earthquake. (Cayes, St Louis du sud, Jérémie, Cavaillon; Maniche)

TOY DIVISION
THE SOGEPLAST TOY DIVISION was created in September 2017 and began exporting its first shipment in October 2017. High quality and safe products are our focal points and our toys are rigorously tested to live up to the strictest safety and quality standards. Today, we manufacture and distribute our products to major retailers in North America and Europe. Striving for excellence, our company is committed to caring for the environment and to inspire the Haitian leaders of tomorrow.

PROJECT MEDISHARE FOR HAITI empowers Haitians to provide and receive access to quality health care. We share our knowledge and resources with local partners like the Bernard Mevs Hospital to improve health infrastructure and strengthen the skills of medical professionals.
THE ONE LIFE PROJECT is the creation of a National Critical Care and Trauma Complex (Level 1) in Port-au-Prince and a National system of 15 (Level 2) Trauma based Annexes with capacity to treat the five major preventable causes of death in children and adults in Haiti today.

THE TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CENTER was created in 1997 by HAITITEC. Its mission is to offer high-quality education with the obiective of creating a qualified Haitian workforce able to meet the needs of the business world.
