Caribbean Milling S.A is a Semolina and Flour Mill with an installed production capacity of 10,500 metric Ton per month.

As the pasta market is growing daily in Haiti and the logistics of flour meal is becoming more complicated; Groupe HM has decided to invest in a semolina mill to add more value to its chain by creating Caribbean Milling S.A.

It is the only Semolina mill in the Caribbean and the most modern of the region. Caribbean Milling S.A. produces Semolina for the Pasta Plant and exports to the Dominican Republic and other islands of the Caribbean as well as Bread Flour and wheat bran for local market.
